Free and Reduced Lunch Application
Free and Reduced Lunch Application- Spanish

Dear Families, As of January 11th, 2010 the cafeteria will be enforcing our policy for past due student lunch accounts. Any student that owes $5.00 or more will be served cheese and crackers for a period of five days unless their account is brought to at least a zero balance. After five days if the account is not brought current they will not be served. This policy does not apply to anyone currently qualified for free lunch. Students on reduced lunch must have money in their account or pay at the time of service. If you have not received a letter informing you of your students status this means we do not have an application on file for them and they have been charged full price ($2.25 for lunch and $1.35 for breakfast) for those meals that they have taken. Please note that you need to keep current with your students account. You may view your students account on line through your schools web site. Contact the office of your students school for log in information if you do not have a Powerschool log in. Please note that your students account may not be credited with a deposit until the next day. Please contact the cafeteria at 649-7737 ext. 2502 or email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you have questions.

Thank you,

Debra Ellen Sequoia Cafeteria Manager
